David is a sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Harvard University. He is the current Project Manager for Harvard University SEDS, helping facilitate the development of a CubeSat deploying a soft rollable solar panel. He has developed a filter calibration system for the LSST Auxiliary Telescope in his research and helped develop a mission concept investigating possible life on Enceladus (NASA L’SPACE Academy). David ultimately hopes to develop space instrumentation to improve life on Earth. David co-founded an open course materials initiative at Harvard (OOEP) and enjoys bipartisanship policy development/advocacy, mentoring underserved HS students, volunteering, watching stand-up, and playing basketball.
