Roman Sandoval serves as the CEO and Founder of Allosense, Inc. - a U.S. defense startup focused on multi-domain sensing capabilities with its headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.

Roman is passionate about sensors, test and measurement systems. He led engineering integration efforts at Tesla, Apple, Intel, Qualcomm, and National Instruments; integrating high-volume data acquisition and test solutions for new product introductions. He was responsible for ramping production of electric car batteries, nuclear fuel-rod scanners, mobile device communications, RF integrated circuits, software-defined radios, vector signal transceivers, along with night vision goggles for the Army Rangers.

Roman attended multiple business accelerators including Techstars, Capital Factory, Capital Innovators, Washington Maritime Blue, SBIR TAP (AFRL, Wright Brothers Institute), SBIR Accelerator (Microsoft), and OnDeck. He actively participates as an OnDeck fellow, Alamo AFCEA ACE innovation officer, member of the Alliance for commercial technology in government, and a startup advisor at Geekdom. He is a designated principal investigator for defense-related contracts and an AFWERX Space Coach.
