Adriana is an undergraduate student pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering in the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. She has gained experience working from an early stage in her career on extracurricular activities related to the space industry. Some of these taking on rolls as project manager, automation engineer, and becoming a research undergraduate. Her interests are learning more about the universe and combine that with her bachelor’s degree. Adriana is part of the SEDS UPRM board in which she serves a secretary and gets to interact with other space enthusiasts. As a woman in STEM, Adriana works towards achieving making space accessible for those who wish to pursue a career in the future.
