Timothy So is a sophomore majoring in aerospace engineering with engineering honors and pursuing a computer science certificate. He is currently the Recovery Systems Lead Engineer at the Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, a student led organization building a 30 foot liquid bi-propellant rocket to be the first collegiate lab to reach the Karman line, or the edge of space. He is also an undergraduate research assistant for the Aeroelasticity Research Group. Outside of academics, Timothy is a resident assistant for a dorm on campus, where he is fostering a community of honors students. In his free time, Timothy likes to play tennis, go to the gym, play violin, and cooking for his friends and family.
