Simon Shuham is a propulsion engineer at Blue Origin working on the design, integration, assembly, and test of the BE-4 and BE-3U engines. Prior to joining Blue Origin, Simon worked at United Launch Alliance as a propulsion system design engineer working primarily on repressurization systems for the Atlas, Delta, and Vulcan rockets. Simon graduated from Harvard College with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Simon is an Aviation Week 20 Twenties recipient and remains very involved in a variety of young professional development organizations including SGAC, SEDS, AIAA, and Seattle's Museum of Flight. He also helped start Blue Origin's first business resource group focused on early career professional development. Outside of work, Simon enjoys skiing, soccer, woodworking, and his dog, Leo.
